Add Up to 4 Levels of Security with pdfDocs

pdfDocs solutions make it safe to send information via email

pdfDocs Desktop makes it simple and easy to add up to 4 levels of security to any type of document.  And its simple enough for the average user to understand and leverage.

Level 1:  When pdfDocs creates a new PDF file from any application including MS Word, it does not capture any of the internal hidden metadata.  This makes it possible to quickly and easily "clean" any document by simply "printing" the document to PDF format with pdfDocs.

Level 2: . pdfDocs makes it easy to redact sensitive information with a 1-step process of "marking" the portion of a document to be redacted.  Redacted content is never recoverable - but users can leverage their document management system to keep a "clean" version and a redacted version of any PDF if needed.

Level 3: . pdfDocs adheres to the Adobe standard for secure document encryption - giving users a way to create "no print" / "no "copy" / "no assemby" /  password-required / PDF files .. pdfDocs software is carefully designed to make it possible for the average user to accurately apply security to any document.

Level 4: . pdfDocs supports the Adobe standard for applying digital signatures to any PDF file.  This type of security makes it possible to detect ANY change to a PDF file after the digital signature is applied.
